SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

**** PLEASE NOTE: ANY ORDERS PLACED MAY - JUNE 2026 WILL NOT BE FULFILLED UNTIL JULY 2026. ****

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on package weight. Shipping method will be displayed at checkout. We take care to pack all orders securely to prevent damage during transit.

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Aura Fragrance Primer is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with you to find a resolution. For lost packages, please contact your local USPS office with your tracking number.

International Shipping

At this time we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to read the full product description, ingredients list, and disclaimer before purchasing.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any orders once they have been placed and payment has been processed. This includes situations where you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong quantity, or are unsatisfied with your results, as individual results may vary.

Exceptions

The only exception to our no refund policy is in the case of a product that arrives visibly damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at jasoncnelson12@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defective product. We will review your claim and if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
